IT services company Coforge has announced the launch of Aeronova.AI, a new AI-powered framework aimed at helping airlines transition from traditional passenger name record (PNR)-based systems to modern order-led retailing models.
The company said Aeronova.AI has been designed as a purpose-built platform that enables airlines to move towards Offer, Order, Settlement and Delivery (OOSD) operations while ensuring operational continuity and protecting revenue flows during the transition process.
According to Coforge, the framework is intended to help carriers modernise their airline retailing capabilities without disrupting day-to-day operations or customer experience.
In a statement issued on May 21, 2026, Coforge said Aeronova.AI provides airlines with reusable assets, AI-assisted automation and airline-specific execution playbooks to accelerate enterprise-scale retail transformation programs.
Erika Moore, Chief Officer – Strategy & Growth, TTH at Coforge, said the aviation industry’s challenge is no longer about ambition or technology adoption, but execution and scalability.
She noted that airlines often struggle with the coexistence of legacy PNR systems and emerging order-native platforms, adding that Aeronova.AI is designed to bridge the gap between strategy and production deployment while reducing operational risk.
The company said the platform supports phased implementation, allowing airlines to move from pilot programs to production-grade operations at their own pace. Coforge added that the framework complements existing retailing platforms instead of replacing them entirely.
The launch comes at a time when global airlines are increasingly shifting toward digital and AI-led retailing models to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and ancillary revenue generation.
Coforge described itself as an AI-native engineering services company focused on building intelligent enterprise solutions using AI-enabled workforce models and specialised industry expertise.
