Godrej Properties signs ₹1,100 crore construction deal with Tata Projects

Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) on Friday announced a partnership with Tata Projects for construction contracts worth around ₹1,100 crore across three luxury residential developments on Golf Course Road in Gurgaon.
According to the company, the contracts awarded to Tata Projects cover core and shell construction work for the upcoming Godrej Astra, Godrej Sora and Godrej Samaris projects. The company described it as the largest single construction contract awarded by Godrej Properties till date.
The three projects are premium luxury residential developments located along Golf Course Road in Gurgaon, one of the country’s most competitive residential real estate markets. Godrej Samaris, one of the projects under the partnership, is an upcoming launch located in Sector 53, Gurgaon, spread across 7.41 acres.
Godrej Properties said the collaboration marks its first partnership with Tata Projects and aims to strengthen execution capabilities across large-scale luxury developments through improved delivery timelines and construction efficiency.
Commenting on the development, Sandeep Navlakhe, Chief Operating Officer of Godrej Properties, said the partnership is a strategic step towards enhancing execution across key luxury projects while maintaining a strong focus on quality and consistency.
Barun Pal Chowdhury, Executive Vice President and SBU Head – Urban Spaces at Tata Projects, said the collaboration aligns with Tata Projects’ expertise in delivering sustainable and future-ready developments.
Tata Projects has executed several large infrastructure and construction projects in India, including the New Parliament Building in New Delhi, Noida International Airport and Atal Setu in Mumbai.
Godrej Properties said the partnership reflects its continued focus on working with leading construction partners to deliver high-quality urban developments.
