JSW Cement postpones Q4 results announcement and board meet for second time today

JSW Cement Limited has postponed its board meeting for the second time, delaying the announcement of its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.

In an exchange filing dated May 18, the company said the board meeting scheduled for Monday, May 18, 2026, has been adjourned due to paucity of time with the consent of all board members. The meeting will now be held on May 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

The board was originally scheduled to consider and approve the company’s Q4 and FY26 financial results. The latest postponement comes after an earlier prior intimation issued on May 7 regarding the board meeting schedule.

JSW Cement further informed exchanges that the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results, in compliance with SEBI’s insider trading regulations.

The development comes at a time when investors are closely tracking earnings announcements across the cement sector amid expectations around demand trends, pricing and margin performance in the March quarter.
