Jupiter Life Line Hospitals CFO resigns citing personal reasons

Jupiter Life Line Hospitals on Monday informed exchanges that its Chief Financial Officer, Sivasis Sen, has tendered his resignation citing personal commitments.

According to the company’s regulatory filing, Sen’s resignation will become effective from May 31, 2026. He has also resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of Jupiter Hospitals Projects Private Limited, a material subsidiary of the company, with effect from the same date.

The company stated that following his resignation, Sen will also cease to be the Key Managerial Personnel authorised for determining the materiality of events or information under SEBI listing regulations from May 31, 2026.

In his resignation letter addressed to Managing Director Dr. Ankit Thakker, Sen said the reasons behind his decision were “purely personal in nature.”

“I would like to take this opportunity to place on record my gratitude to my colleagues, my team and the organisation at large, for the valuable and enriching experience that I have garnered, in an atmosphere of guidance and camaraderie, during my tenure with the Company,” he stated in the letter.

Sen also thanked the management for the opportunity to contribute to the organisation’s financial stewardship and strategic direction during his tenure.

Jupiter Life Line Hospitals operates a network of multi-speciality hospitals across Maharashtra and has been expanding its healthcare footprint in India.

The company said the disclosure has also been made available on its official website in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
