Kesar India subsidiary bags ₹160 crore residential EPC project in Byculla

Kesar India Ltd on Friday announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Kesar Infraventures Private Limited, has secured an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract worth around ₹160 crore for a large-scale residential development project in Central Mumbai.
According to the company, the project is located at Siddharth Nagar in Byculla and has been awarded by Zee Enterprises. The contract marks a significant addition to Kesar Group’s expanding infrastructure and EPC portfolio.
The scope of the project includes construction of residential towers along with allied infrastructure and amenities. The work will cover RCC construction, internal and external development works, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting systems, roads, drainage, landscaping and associated infrastructure facilities.
The company said the project is expected to be executed over a period of 24 months.
Commenting on the development, Managing Director Sachin Gopal Gupta said securing a sizeable project in Central Mumbai marks another milestone in the company’s strategy to strengthen its infrastructure and EPC business alongside its core real estate operations.
Kesar India added that the order enhances its presence in Mumbai’s high-value redevelopment corridor and further reinforces its focus on executing large urban infrastructure and redevelopment projects.
Formerly known as Kesar India Private Limited and Kesar Impex (India) Private Limited, Kesar India operates across residential, commercial, plotted and mixed-use real estate developments. The company said it currently has a development pipeline exceeding ₹5,100 crore across 29 projects.
