LTM on Wednesday announced the launch of BlueVerse™ M.A.X, an AI-powered marketing assist solution built on Salesforce’s Agentforce Marketing platform, marking another step in the company’s push toward enterprise AI-driven transformation solutions.
The company said the new offering is designed as an end-to-end marketing orchestration platform that combines automated AI agents with human expertise to help brands deliver personalised customer experiences at scale across geographies.
According to LTM, BlueVerse M.A.X integrates campaign creation, personalisation, orchestration and optimisation capabilities into a unified platform. The solution also includes intelligent creative workflows, reusable marketing assets and pre-configured customer journeys aimed at improving efficiency and accelerating campaign execution.
The company stated that the platform is focused on helping enterprises improve return on investment, reduce operational costs and drive innovation through AI-enabled marketing operations backed by performance analytics and iterative feedback mechanisms.
Arundhati Bhattacharya, CEO and President of Salesforce South Asia, said the launch marks the next phase of the longstanding partnership between Salesforce and LTM. She noted that the platform combines Salesforce’s Agentforce Marketing capabilities with LTM’s BlueVerse AI ecosystem to help enterprises scale personalisation, improve operational efficiency and achieve faster returns on investment.
Venu Lambu, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of LTM, said the company is embedding AI deeply into marketing operations through the new solution. He added that BlueVerse M.A.X brings agentic AI into campaign planning, execution and optimisation processes, enabling businesses to redefine modern marketing operations while accelerating ROI.
The company also highlighted that Salesforce’s Agentforce platform functions as a digital labour system that allows enterprises to deploy autonomous AI agents into workflows and existing business systems.
LTM said the collaboration reflects both companies’ broader focus on developing industry-specific AI and cloud-based enterprise solutions capable of supporting scalable digital transformation initiatives.
The launch comes amid rising adoption of generative AI and agentic AI technologies across enterprise software, customer engagement and marketing automation segments globally, with companies increasingly investing in AI-led productivity and personalisation tools.
