State-run NBCC (India) Ltd has received fresh work orders worth around ₹42.55 crore in the ordinary course of business, according to an exchange filing dated May 23, 2026.

The company said the contracts include two domestic project management consultancy (PMC) assignments awarded by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti and Indian Bank.

The first order, valued at approximately ₹6.92 crore excluding GST, has been awarded by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti for the construction of a parallel extension of the existing school building along with additional staff quarters at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) Nandurbar-I in Maharashtra.

The second and larger order worth about ₹35.63 crore excluding GST has been received from Indian Bank for the construction of office premises at Door No. 94, Uddarayunipalem, Amaravati in Andhra Pradesh.

Both projects are domestic in nature and fall under NBCC’s project management consultancy business segment. The filing added that neither contract involves related party transactions and no promoter group entity has any interest in the awarding bodies.

NBCC has continued to maintain strong order inflows across government infrastructure, redevelopment, institutional, housing and urban development projects. The PSU has been actively involved in several high-profile redevelopment and construction assignments across India, benefiting from sustained public sector capex and urban infrastructure spending.

The company stated that the contracts were awarded in the normal course of business and further details have been disclosed as part of the regulatory filing.
