Park Medi World Limited has announced the acquisition of V3 Healthcare Private Limited, which operates “The Medicity Hospital” in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, in a deal valued at around ₹177 crore. The transaction marks the company’s entry into Uttarakhand and expands its presence into a sixth state.
According to the company’s exchange filing, the acquisition will be completed in two phases, with 80% stake expected to be acquired by August 31, 2026, while the remaining 20% will be acquired after March 31, 2030. The consideration will be paid entirely in cash.
The target entity, V3 Healthcare Private Limited, reported an unaudited turnover of ₹55.74 crore for FY26.
The Medicity Hospital is a 330-bed multi-super speciality hospital located in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, and is considered the largest hospital in the Kumaon region. The facility is NABH-accredited and offers over 20 specialities, including cardiac sciences, oncology, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, nephrology, IVF, gastroenterology and paediatrics.
In its press release, Park Medi World said the acquisition aligns with its strategy to strengthen operational synergies and expand into underserved, high-potential healthcare markets across North India.
The company added that the acquisition is expected to improve consolidated financial performance through better bed utilisation, operational optimisation and enhanced clinical offerings.
Park Group currently operates 16 hospitals with a combined capacity of 3,960 beds. Including the proposed Rudrapur facility and four additional hospitals under integration, the group expects its total capacity to reach 5,790 beds by March 2028.
