Q4 Results: BPCL, Mankind Pharma, Zee, Karnataka Bank and others announce earnings

A host of companies including Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Mankind Pharma Limited, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, PTC India Limited, Dredging Corporation of India Limited, Shaily Engineering Plastics Limited and Karnataka Bank Limited announced their Q4FY26 earnings on Monday, with oil marketing, pharma and infrastructure companies reporting mixed performances.
BPCL Q4 RESULTS
BPCL reported a strong quarter, beating analyst estimates on profitability and margins. The company posted net profit of ₹5,625 crore for Q4FY26, up 28.1% YoY from ₹4,392 crore. Net revenue rose 6.3% YoY to ₹1.18 lakh crore from ₹1.11 lakh crore. EBITDA jumped 30.2% YoY to ₹10,076 crore versus ₹7,736 crore, while EBITDA margin expanded to 8.5% from 7%. Analyst estimates had pegged EBITDA margin at 6.8%, EBITDA at ₹8,239 crore and profit at ₹5,175 crore.
MANKIND PHARMA Q4 RESULTS
Mankind Pharma also delivered a strong operational performance during the quarter. Revenue rose 11.8% YoY to ₹3,443 crore, while net profit increased 31.7% to ₹559 crore. EBITDA surged 36.1% YoY to ₹930 crore, with EBITDA margin improving sharply to 27% from 22.2% a year ago. The company also approved investment of up to ₹500 crore in arm Mankind Medicare and reappointed Satish K Sharma as Whole-Time Director for five years.
DREDGING CORP Q4 RESULTS
Dredging Corporation of India reported a sharp improvement in profitability. Net profit surged over 306% YoY to ₹87 crore compared to ₹21 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue increased 3.4% YoY to ₹478 crore, while EBITDA jumped 86.5% to ₹143 crore. EBITDA margin expanded significantly to 29.9% from 16.6%.
PTC INDIA Q4 RESULTS
PTC India, however, reported pressure on margins and profitability despite higher revenue. Net profit declined 67.4% YoY to ₹121 crore from ₹372 crore, while EBITDA fell 6.8% YoY to ₹145 crore. EBITDA margin contracted 160 basis points to 3.7%. Revenue for the quarter rose 33.3% YoY to ₹3,898 crore.
SHAILY ENGINEERING Q4 RESULTS
Shaily Engineering reported healthy earnings growth in Q4FY26. Revenue increased 8.7% YoY to ₹237 crore, while net profit rose 40.5% to ₹40 crore. EBITDA climbed 20.5% YoY to ₹66 crore, with EBITDA margin improving to 27.7% from 25% in the year-ago quarter.
ZEE ENTERTAINMENT Q4 RESULTS
Zee Entertainment slipped into a loss during the quarter amid weaker revenue performance. The company reported a net loss of ₹104 crore against a profit of ₹188 crore in Q4FY25. Revenue declined 7.3% YoY to ₹2,025 crore from ₹2,184 crore. Zee also posted an EBITDA loss of ₹255 crore compared to EBITDA profit of ₹298 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Separately, the board approved a ₹100 crore investment in an arm through convertible debentures.
KARNATAKA BANK Q4 RESULTS
Karnataka Bank reported strong growth in profitability and asset quality improvement during Q4FY26. Net profit rose 61.7% YoY to ₹408.19 crore from ₹252.37 crore, while operating profit surged 64% YoY to ₹615.04 crore. Net interest income increased 8% YoY to ₹842.95 crore, while gross NPA improved to 2.78% from 3.08% a year ago and net NPA declined to 0.98% from 1.31%.
