Skipper Limited has secured fresh orders worth ₹1,265 crore for multiple domestic and international power transmission and distribution (T&D) projects, the company said in a regulatory filing on Friday.
The new orders include 765 kV and 400 kV transmission line projects from a reputed domestic developer, along with supply orders for towers and monopoles for T&D projects in Latin American markets.
Following the announcement, Skipper shares surged nearly 4% to ₹476.30 during Friday’s trading session as investors reacted positively to the strong order inflow.
The company said the latest contracts further strengthen its position in the power transmission infrastructure segment, where it operates as a manufacturer of transmission and distribution structures and an EPC player.
Commenting on the development, Sharan Bansal, Director of Skipper Limited, said the fresh order inflows from domestic as well as international markets highlight the company’s diversified T&D business model, execution capabilities and growing customer confidence across geographies.
He added that rising investments in transmission infrastructure, grid expansion and renewable energy integration continue to create strong growth opportunities for the company across key markets.
Skipper said the orders reflect increasing momentum in the power infrastructure sector, supported by expanding electricity demand, renewable integration and large-scale transmission network upgrades.
The company has a presence across transmission towers, EPC projects, monopoles, poles and railway electrification structures, with operations spanning several international markets including Latin America, Europe and Africa. Apart from infrastructure, the company also operates in the polymer pipes and fittings segment.
The latest order win is expected to provide healthy revenue visibility for the company over the coming quarters.
