TCS partners with Rezolve Ai to scale agentic AI commerce globally

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) today announced a global strategic partnership with Nasdaq-listed Rezolve Ai to help retailers deploy agentic AI solutions across core commerce workflows at enterprise scale.
The partnership marks TCS’ entry into the fast-growing agentic AI commerce segment, with both companies aiming to accelerate AI adoption across global retail enterprises.
Under the collaboration, TCS will enable retailers to leverage Rezolve Ai’s proprietary intelligent commerce platform, brainpowa™, to deploy AI-led experiences across conversational commerce, intelligent product discovery and agentic checkout systems.
The companies said the partnership is designed to help enterprises integrate production-grade AI solutions directly into their commerce infrastructure and customer engagement workflows.
Daniel M. Wagner, Chief Executive Officer of Rezolve Ai, described the deal as a “major commercial milestone” for the company.
“TCS brings extraordinary reach, deep enterprise trust, and global execution capability. Together, we are creating a clear pathway to take agentic commerce from platform innovation to enterprise-scale deployment,” Wagner said.
He added that the collaboration is expected to accelerate enterprise adoption of Rezolve Ai’s technology and strengthen its position in AI-powered commerce solutions.
Shekar Krishnan, Head of Retail, UK and Europe at TCS, said enterprises are increasingly looking for AI solutions that can deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.
“Our partnership with Rezolve Ai combines TCS’ global transformation capabilities with a specialized AI-powered commerce platform built for real-world enterprise deployment,” Krishnan said.
He added that the partnership aligns with TCS’ broader strategy of building an integrated AI ecosystem through in-house innovation and strategic collaborations to industrialise AI deployment for enterprises.
The partnership combines TCS’ global delivery capabilities, enterprise relationships and large-scale transformation expertise with Rezolve Ai’s AI-native retail commerce platform.
TCS said global retailers will also be able to experience the joint agentic commerce solutions through its global network of Pace Port™ innovation centres.
The IT major has been expanding its AI-led enterprise offerings across sectors as companies increasingly seek automation, intelligent decision-making and AI-powered customer engagement tools.
Rezolve Ai, listed on Nasdaq under the ticker RZLV, focuses on AI-powered commerce infrastructure aimed at improving customer engagement, operational efficiency and revenue growth. Its Brain Suite platform is positioned as an enterprise AI platform built specifically for agentic commerce applications.
