Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Ltd has announced the acquisition of a hospital asset in Gurugram, Haryana, as part of its strategy to strengthen its healthcare network across the Delhi-NCR region.
The company informed exchanges that its board has approved the purchase of land and a partially constructed hospital building located in Sector 40, Gurugram, from RNY Healthcare Services Private Limited. The total acquisition cost stands at ₹100 crore and will be paid entirely through cash consideration.
According to the filing, the acquired property spans nearly 1.30 acres and is expected to support a hospital with around 250 beds after completion and additional investment in medical equipment and infrastructure.
Yatharth Hospitals stated that the transaction is being executed on an “as-is-where-is” basis. The company expects to complete the acquisition within 45 days, subject to customary conditions.
The healthcare operator said the expansion will help deepen its presence in the highly competitive NCR healthcare market, where demand for multi-speciality and tertiary care services continues to rise steadily.
The filing also clarified that the acquisition is not a related-party transaction and that neither the promoter group nor related entities have any interest in the seller.
Yatharth Hospitals has been actively expanding its hospital network across North India. The company currently operates healthcare facilities in Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and other nearby regions. The addition of the Gurugram asset is expected to improve the company’s reach in one of the fastest-growing medical infrastructure markets in the country.
Healthcare companies across India have increasingly focused on capacity expansion and brownfield opportunities as patient inflows and occupancy levels improve post-pandemic, especially in metropolitan and urban centres.
