ICRA Q4 profit declines 6%; revenue rises 28%, board recommends ₹105 dividend

ICRA Ltd reported a mixed set of results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, with revenue witnessing strong growth while profit declined on a year-on-year basis.
Revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹174.9 crore, compared with ₹136.2 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year, registering a growth of 28.4% year-on-year.
Net profit for the quarter came in at ₹52.7 crore, lower than ₹56 crore reported in Q4 FY25, reflecting a decline of 5.9% YoY.
Operationally, EBITDA stood at ₹69.6 crore during the March quarter compared with ₹59.2 crore reported in the year-ago period, registering a growth of 17.6% year-on-year.
EBITDA margin, however, declined to 39.8% in Q4 FY26 from 43.4% reported in the corresponding quarter last year.
Profit before tax stood at ₹72.8 crore during the quarter against ₹74.1 crore reported in Q4 FY25.
Employee benefit expenses during the quarter rose to ₹84.3 crore from ₹61.1 crore reported in the year-ago period, while depreciation and amortisation expenses increased sharply to ₹10 crore from ₹4.5 crore.
The company’s total income for the quarter stood at ₹189 crore compared with ₹156.8 crore reported in Q4 FY25.
ICRA’s board has recommended a final dividend of ₹105 per equity share of face value ₹10 each for FY26. The payout includes a special dividend of ₹35 per share to commemorate the company’s 35th year of operations.
The company said the dividend, if approved by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or before August 21, 2026.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at ₹54.50 against ₹57.94 reported in the corresponding quarter last year.
