ITC Hotels Q4 profit rises 23%; revenue crosses ₹1,250 crore

ITC Hotels Limited reported a strong growth in consolidated profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, supported by healthy revenue growth across its hospitality business.
The company reported a consolidated profit attributable to owners of the parent at ₹315.89 crore in Q4 FY26, marking a rise of 23% year-on-year from ₹256.90 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue from operations during the quarter increased 18.2% YoY to ₹1,253.70 crore, compared to ₹1,060.62 crore in Q4 FY25.
EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹466.30 crore, up 13.1% from ₹412.29 crore in the year-ago period. EBITDA margin came in at 37.2% in Q4 FY26 compared to 38.9% in Q4 FY25.
Total income for the quarter rose to ₹1,306.45 crore from ₹1,098.81 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.
Employee benefit expenses increased to ₹202.60 crore during the quarter from ₹181.97 crore a year ago, while other expenses stood at ₹402.28 crore compared to ₹371.75 crore in Q4 FY25. Depreciation and amortisation expenses were reported at ₹105.78 crore during the quarter.
Profit before tax stood at ₹418.36 crore for Q4 FY26, compared to ₹353.52 crore in the year-ago quarter. The company also reported exceptional gains of ₹3.83 crore during the reporting period.
Total comprehensive income attributable to owners of the parent stood at ₹416.43 crore in Q4 FY26, sharply higher than ₹221.49 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.
Basic and diluted earnings per share for the quarter stood at ₹1.52 each, compared to ₹1.23 each in Q4 FY25. The board of directors of the company have also recommended a dividend of Rs 1.
