Nykaa Q4 profit jumps nearly 4x to ₹78 crore; revenue rises 28%

FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd, the parent company of Nykaa, reported a sharp rise in fourth-quarter earnings for FY26, driven by strong revenue growth and margin expansion across businesses.
The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹78.4 crore for the quarter, compared to ₹20.3 crore in the corresponding period last year, marking a nearly four-fold increase on a year-on-year basis.
Revenue from operations rose 28.4% YoY to ₹2,648.2 crore in Q4FY26, as against ₹2,061.8 crore reported in the same quarter last year.
EBITDA for the quarter jumped 67% to ₹223 crore from ₹134 crore a year ago. EBITDA margin improved to 8.4% compared to 6.5% in the year-ago period, indicating better operational efficiency and improved profitability.
The strong quarterly performance comes amid continued growth in Nykaa’s beauty, personal care and fashion businesses, alongside improving scale benefits.
