Saksoft Ltd shares rallied nearly 8% on May 25 after the company reported a healthy set of Q4FY26 numbers, led by strong profit growth and improved operating margins.
At around 1:48 PM, shares of Saksoft were trading 7.8% higher at ₹149.87 on the NSE after touching an intraday high of ₹153.
For the quarter ended March 2026, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹248.85 crore, compared with ₹239.88 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, reflecting a growth of around 3.7% YoY.
Net profit for Q4FY26 stood at ₹35.93 crore, up from ₹30.03 crore reported in Q4FY25.
Operational performance also improved during the quarter. Based on reported financials, EBITDA came in at ₹45.26 crore compared with ₹36.40 crore in the year-ago quarter. EBITDA margin expanded sharply to 18.2% from 15.2% in Q4FY25, indicating an expansion of around 300 basis points.
Total income for the quarter stood at ₹256.23 crore against ₹246.41 crore a year ago.
Among key expense heads, employee benefit expenses came in at ₹130.72 crore, while support and third-party charges stood at ₹60.64 crore. Other expenses declined to ₹12.23 crore from ₹20.16 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, aiding margin expansion.
Finance costs during the quarter stood at ₹1.86 crore, while depreciation and amortisation expenses were reported at ₹3.47 crore.
Profit before tax rose to ₹47.32 crore during Q4FY26 from ₹37.04 crore reported in the year-ago period.
