TTK Prestige Q4 profit jumps 187%; EBITDA margin expands 150 bps

TTK Prestige Ltd reported a strong improvement in profitability for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, aided by better operational performance and margin expansion across its consolidated business.
On a consolidated basis, the company posted revenue from operations of ₹729.2 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with ₹649.6 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year, registering a growth of 12.3% year-on-year.
Net profit for the quarter came in at ₹36.1 crore, sharply higher than the loss of ₹42.4 crore reported in Q4 FY25.
Operationally, EBITDA rose to ₹66.9 crore during the March quarter from ₹50.1 crore in the year-ago period, reflecting a growth of 33.7% YoY.
EBITDA margin improved to 9.2% in Q4 FY26 compared with 7.7% reported in the corresponding quarter last year, marking an expansion of nearly 150 basis points.
Profit before tax stood at ₹56.6 crore during the quarter against a pre-tax loss of ₹26 crore reported in Q4 FY25.
Total income for the quarter came in at ₹746.6 crore compared with ₹667.4 crore in the year-ago period.
Among key expense heads, employee benefit expenses stood at ₹77 crore, while other expenses came in at ₹181 crore during the quarter.
Finance costs for Q4 FY26 were reported at ₹2.6 crore, while depreciation and amortisation expenses stood at ₹23.4 crore.
For the full financial year FY26, consolidated revenue from operations rose to ₹2,973.6 crore compared with ₹2,714.8 crore in FY25. Annual net profit stood at ₹156.7 crore against ₹108 crore reported in the previous financial year.
The board of directors has recommended a dividend of ₹7.50 per share (750%) for FY26. The proposed dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of the annual general meeting, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 70th AGM.
