Balaji Amines, Bajel Projects lead top gainers; Zaggle, Kaynes Technology among major losers as market breadth remains weak

Indian equities witnessed sharp stock-specific moves during the session, with select counters posting strong gains while several others came under heavy selling pressure. The broader market breadth remained weak, indicating that declines outnumbered advances despite strong rallies in a few individual names.
According to data from the, Balaji Amines Limited was among the top gainers, rising 19.99% to Rs 1,623.40. The stock led the gainers list after reporting strong Q4 FY26 earnings, with sharp growth in revenue, EBITDA and net profit.
Bajel Projects Limited also gained strongly, rising 14.06% to Rs 193.94. Sreeleathers Limited advanced 13.57% to Rs 203.00, while Alkyl Amines Chemicals Limited rose 12.16% to Rs 1,835.70. Indo Amines Limited also featured among the top gainers, climbing 11.83% to Rs 131.56.
On the losing side, Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited was the biggest decliner, falling 18.50% to Rs 231.34. The stock came under pressure despite reporting strong revenue and profit growth, as investors focused on rising expenses and cashback-related costs.
Kaynes Technology India Limited also declined sharply, falling 18.20% to Rs 3,417.80. Interarch Building Solutions Limited dropped 14.64% to Rs 1,739.20, while HFCL Limited slipped 5.10% to Rs 145.63. Prime Focus Limited was also among the top losers, declining 4.99% to Rs 260.70.
Market breadth remained negative, with 138 stocks advancing and 219 stocks declining. The weak breadth showed that selling pressure was broader across the market, even as a few stocks delivered sharp gains.
Overall, the session remained highly stock-specific. Balaji Amines, Bajel Projects and Sreeleathers led the gainers, while Zaggle, Kaynes Technology and Interarch Building Solutions saw sharp declines.
