Sheela Foam shares hit upper circuit today after Q4 profit jumps nearly 598%, revenue rises 24%

Shares of Sheela Foam surged sharply on Friday, May 15, after the company reported a strong set of Q4 FY26 earnings driven by robust growth across its mattress and foam businesses.
The stock rallied as much as 20% to hit its upper circuit limit of Rs 652 per share on the NSE. At around 9:35 AM IST, the stock was trading over 16% higher at Rs 632.35 apiece.
Sheela Foam reported a massive 597.85% year on year jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 91.28 crore for the March quarter, compared to Rs 13.08 crore reported in the corresponding period last year.
Revenue from operations rose 23.59% YoY to Rs 1,050.06 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 849.61 crore a year earlier, supported by strong momentum across both the mattress and foam segments.
The company’s board also approved and recommended a final dividend of 20%, translating to Rs 1 per share on a face value of Rs 5 each for FY26.
Operational performance improved significantly during the quarter. Core EBITDA surged 90% YoY to Rs 121 crore from Rs 64 crore in the year ago period, while EBITDA margin expanded by 400 basis points to 11.5% from 7.5%.
During the quarter, the mattress segment reported volume growth of 13%, while the foam segment registered stronger growth of 34%.
Management attributed the strong performance to the successful integration of the Kurlon acquisition and broad based growth across brands. Chairman and Managing Director Rahul Gautam said FY26 marked a year of realizing synergies from the Kurlon integration, adding that both Sleepwell and Kurlon delivered strong growth during the year.
The company also stated that it achieved its highest ever turnover and EBITDA in its history during FY26.
