Arvind SmartSpaces reported a strong improvement in profitability for the fourth quarter of FY26, even as revenue declined slightly on a year-on-year basis.
The real estate developer posted consolidated revenue of ₹155 crore for Q4FY26 compared to ₹163 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Net profit, however, more than doubled to ₹42 crore from ₹19 crore in Q4FY25, reflecting improved operational efficiency and better project mix during the quarter.
EBITDA for the quarter surged to ₹49 crore compared to ₹27 crore in the year-ago period, while EBITDA margin expanded sharply to 31.8% from 16.6% last year.
The strong margin expansion comes despite lower revenue, indicating improved cost control and higher profitability from project execution.
Arvind SmartSpaces is the real estate arm of the Lalbhai Group and develops residential, commercial, and industrial projects across key Indian cities.
