BLS E-Services Q4 profit rises 5% as revenue jumps 39%; EBITDA improves

BLS E-Services Limited reported a steady rise in quarterly earnings for the period ended March 31, 2026, supported by strong revenue growth and improved operating performance.
The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹18.24 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹17.31 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year, registering a growth of 5.4% year-on-year.
Revenue from operations surged to ₹332.37 crore during the quarter from ₹239.21 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting a sharp increase of 38.9% YoY.
Operational performance also improved during the quarter. EBITDA stood at ₹29.47 crore in Q4 FY26 as against ₹19.43 crore in the year-ago period, marking a growth of 51.7% YoY. EBITDA margin expanded to 8.9% from 8.1% in the corresponding quarter last year.
Total income for the quarter came in at ₹328.88 crore, compared to ₹245.20 crore in Q4 FY25.
On the expenditure front, cost of products and services rose to ₹286.27 crore from ₹202.15 crore a year earlier, while employee benefit expenses stood at ₹10.97 crore compared to ₹10.37 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Depreciation and amortisation expenses during the quarter were reported at ₹1.81 crore.
Profit before tax for the quarter stood at ₹24.02 crore, compared with ₹23.33 crore in the year-ago period. Total tax expenses came in at ₹5.78 crore for Q4 FY26.
Profit attributable to owners of the company stood at ₹14.74 crore during the quarter, while total comprehensive income for the period was reported at ₹18.47 crore.
The company reported earnings per share (EPS) of ₹1.62 for the quarter, compared to ₹1.45 in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
