Grasim Industries reported its highest-ever quarterly and annual revenue and EBITDA for FY26, driven by strong performance across its building materials, financial services, paints and cellulosic fibres businesses.
For Q4FY26, the Aditya Birla Group flagship company reported consolidated revenue of ₹51,101 crore, up 15% year-on-year, while EBITDA rose 22% YoY to a record ₹8,011 crore. The company said growth was led by superior performance in the building materials, financial services and cellulosic fibres segments.
For the full financial year FY26, consolidated revenue reached an all-time high of ₹1,75,431 crore, marking an 18% increase over the previous year. EBITDA for the year stood at a record ₹25,872 crore, up 29% YoY, while adjusted profit after tax grew 33% to ₹5,203 crore.
The company’s standalone business also reported its highest-ever revenue at ₹41,039 crore, rising 30% YoY, supported by robust growth in the paints and B2B e-commerce businesses alongside stable performance in core operations.
In the cellulosic fibres segment, revenue rose 14% YoY to ₹4,614 crore during the quarter, while EBITDA more than doubled to ₹588 crore. The improvement was aided by stronger demand trends in China, higher specialty fibre exports and operational efficiencies.

The company said Birla Opus achieved an annualised revenue run-rate of over ₹10,000 crore in March 2026, with the business now nearing the number two position in the Indian decorative paints industry when combined with Birla White Putty.
The company added that its dealer network crossed 50,000 dealers across more than 11,500 towns, supported by 146 depots and expanding franchise stores. Premium products contributed around 65% of Birla Opus revenue, while brand awareness crossed 90%.
Other businesses including textiles and renewables also delivered strong growth. Revenue from these segments rose 14% YoY to ₹1,021 crore, while EBITDA jumped 73% YoY to ₹242 crore.
